We are pleased to inform you that ‘Middle East Publishers’ Association’ has been formed under the patronage of ‘International Media Production Zone’ of Dubai Media City with an aim:

        *To provide a firm platform for publishing industry

        *To bring publishers together to discuss the main issues facing the industry

        *To define the practical policies that will take the industry forward

Under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AlMaktoum, Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of U.A.E., the first Middle East Publishing Conference was held at Knowledge Village, Dubai.  The conference was organized with the cooperation of the world’s largest associations for newspaper and magazines – WAN (World Association of Newspaper) and FIPP (International Federation of Periodical Press).

In response to the above meeting, we have convened various meeting of MEPA with the aim of increasing the representation of publishers from the Middle East Countries.  In these meetings we have decided to commence Membership Campaign and also to create a data bank of all the publishers from the Middle East Countries.

To assist us in finalizing the membership, we require your assistance by completing the application form and send it along with the subscription fees by cheque in the name of “MIDDLE EAST PUBLISHERS’ ASSOCIATION” (MEPA) to the address P.O. Box 502038, Dubai Media City, Dubai, U.A.E..
